9th Cafe, Siam Paragon Shopping centre, Bangkok, Thailand
9th Cafe offers a mix of Italian and Thai cuisine in a very relaxed and modern setting situated on the ground floor of the Siam Paragon Shopping Mall in Bangkok. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Bangkok. The food is always freshly cooked to a high standard and the prices are very reasonable.
Such items on the menu include Rack of Lamb, fish and chips, Grilled Sirloin steak with spicy sauce and sticky rice, spinach or beef lasagna, Pad Thai (Thai style noodles) and my favorite dish: green curry with Roti.
9th Cafe also offers a huge selection of freshly made rich deserts including many strawberry tart, lemon meringue pie, home made chocolate brownies and banana fritters.

Beef green curry with Roti
In my opinion, it’s very hard to create the perfect balance between coconut and spicy in a green curry, however 9th Cafe serve their Green Curry to perfection.
Beef lasagna
The combination of lot’s of cheese, home made pasta and rague sauce that isn’t to runny make this a very tasty lasagna.
There is also a 9th Cafe in Soi Langsuan, I haven’t checked it out yet but I guess it will be the same. This is good to know if you don’t want to get caught up in the Siam traffic
