Personally I’ve always outsourced my web development work – It’s a no brainer for me. Here’s an article from Business Week outlining the huge increase in demand for outsourcing.

There are still many people who are strongly against outsourcing. I would say if you know the “how to” you can turn just anything to your advantage. Have you ever worked with any outsourcing provider in India? What does it take to create a business in Thaliland?

I feel there are to many small businesses not taking advantage of outsourcing their web development work… a real shame. Delegation is key in any business.

I agree that some projects are best kept in-house or done yourself, but for the majority of projects that start ups need undertaking, outsourcing is the way to go.

I’ve worked with companies and individuals all over the world over the last 7 years I’ve been working online, including India. The key is to keep hold of the good people you work with, and build a relationship up with them that’s benefits you both.

As for what does it take to create a business in Thailand, please clarify specific areas you need help with and I’ll try my best to answer them.
