Are you using Stumble Upon?

Right now I’m feeling like a total twit (My Nan’s word haha), I’ve been hearing the hype about SumbleUpon for months but haven’t had the time to check it out… until yesterday!

So, what is stumble upon? Well, I couldn’t have put it better than what the welcome text says on their site:

Channel surf the internet with the StumbleUpon toolbar to find great websites, videos, photos and more based on your interests. StumbleUpon learns what you like and makes better recommendations.

If your not in the web business for a living, it can easily cut your work load by half… it’s very addictive… so beware!

Since downloading the tool bar and visiting some of the best sites I’ve yet to come across it’s giving me lot’s of ideas for content I can apply to my clients sites, and this blog too. Not only that, I’m learning a great deal to as one of the categories I selected was Web Development.

You an also link to friends who have a stumble upon account, so you can quickly and easily send great content between each other. Saying it’s cool is an understatement, it’s got to be one of the best, and must have, web applications ever built.

Basically, it’s the nuts! Go and check it out now and start sumbling upon better than average, user submitted content from around the web!
