Bangkok Bank has a happy customer

Today I visited my bank to order a new ATM card, I was told that if I paid 300B (£4) I could have take it home with me there and then! How cool is that?

I gave the lady a 1000B note but forgot to pick up my chnage. I remembered when I arrived at work and went on-line to find the number. When I was searching my mobile rang, it was the bank clerk that had served me. She said that she had deposited the 700B chnage into my account.

That’s what I call good service!

It sure beats UK banks!
