I’m a huge fan of salads and think there’s a huge opportunity for a salad franchise business out there. Unfortunately, most salads on offer a shit, but I have noticed that the top end hotels really do put a lot of effort into their salads, rather than thinking it’s just some leaves to make the plate look pretty.
Anyway, I ordered this Chicken Ceasor Salad at the new swimming pool bar located in the Sofitel Hotel on Silom Road, while I was waiting to have my hair cut!
Yes, it was yummy!
