Do you use an RSS feed reader?

If you read more than 2 Blogs, you may want to think about using an RSS feed reader. This is a cool web application that allows you to read all your favorite blogs in one place.

There are many RSS readers available, however I use Google Reader because it’s easy to use and it’s free. Once you have signed up you can log into your Google reader account to start adding blogs. Simply click on “Add Subscription” and enter the Blog domain name (www.blog-name.com) The reader will then create a sub folder and every time a Blog is up-dated, the folder will become bold and display the number of new posts.

Not only can you keep track of Blogs, you can also use your RSS reader to keep track of any web pages that are up-dated such as Ebay auctions and news listings. If your not using an RSS reader, give it a try, it sure beats visiting individual blogs and waiting for them to load!

Yes, I am a Blog addict. I currently have 165 Blogs in my Google Reader. Most are internet marketing related, some are news and the others cover my hobbies including technology, traveling and cars.
