Well, Chris

Starting a new company is definitely not a cakewalk.
I have just started my own company after 3 years of freelancing and its already getting on my nerves.

I know, i have a steady flow of projects and income coming from my old clients but still simple fear of not being able to pay employees on time sends chill down my spine.

Besides that managing systems, servers, network and lot of those things to have continuous work flow going in the office surely hits hard when you start a company.

The biggest problem i am facing right now is keeping my new employees at work. Its such a hard work to find right people and even if you find them then keeping them motivated to work is not easy. I have been paying more than average salary a person gets in my country but still they can't work as per my expectation.

Working till 4 Am does not bugs me now as i am habitual to it after my years in freelancing but tell me why does a person really starts a company.
Is it because he wants a better life and more money? But if working regularly for 18hrs a day is what you call a good life then you should think again before starting a company.

Yes Chris I fully understand your situation and even feel the pinch for you. What you're going through might not be too pleasant, but one thing is certain - at your age, there's still plenty of time to learn from your mistakes, move on and turn things around.

You are certainly hard working, have the guts and, having started business at such a young age, will be able to run a successful business. I'm sure of that.

Just keep coming up with great ideas, give it your best shot and never give up. Good luck!

ps. ok I hope that's enough for my beer this week mate
