I’ve been a huge fan of Pizza for as long as I remember but I’ve never actually made it myself, until Today.

After buying Jamie Oliver’s book, Jamie’s Italy, the pictures of the home made pizza’s were enough to go down to the supermarket and buy the ingredients to make some Pizzas. Bwoy o’ bwoy were the good :)

Home made Garlic Bread:

Followed by Pizza with home made tomato sauce, roasted chicken, buffalo mozzarella, topped with a fried egg and Italian basil.

To be honest Dan, I don’t think I’ve ever had a Dominoes Pizza – What are they like?

Chris,

Dominos is the McDonalds of pizza… and they deliver.

What’s with the holes in your crust? I’ve never seen pizza made like that – kinda looks like a pretzel. It’s making me hungry :-)

I wasn’t really sure why the recipe said slice cuts in the dough before cooking at first, but once it was cooked the penny dropped: It’s more crispy! Although, I cut to big in some places as you can see from the picture, some parts of the garlic bread cooked faster than the others. If you like crispy and crunch, this is the way to go!

Dominoes taste really good. I don’t suppose they have them in Thailand. They’re very common in England though.

I wouldn’t be able to go and buy one at the supermarket because they are never that great.

But I’m sure if it’s Jamie’s recipe it should be pretty good. I might have to try it!

I have heared of Dominoes Pizza but there wasn’t any branches where I lived in England. We had the choice of the local Bosnian family, Pizza Hut or Pappa Johns… all were okay when you had the munchies but not the same as going to a proper Italian restaurant.
