How to change blogger language

As I’m in Thailand, some sites I visit know this and display Thai text rather than English. It gets a little annoying if you can’t read Thai. Luckily this doesn’t present a problem to often, although it did for me this morning when I tried to leave a comment on a Blogger (Google Blog Service) Blog and got this:

This is the link you need to change the language back to English, or any other language for that matter.
