It’s my birthday!

This morning I received a call from Mater Car Rental Bangkok wishing me a happy birthday, yep, a Thai lady wished me good health and that i have a good day. It gave them an excellent opportunity to contact me without me getting pissed off, but they gained a lot from that low cost call from a business standpoint. As it’s so uncommon for businesses to put the extra little effort into there customers, I’m now going to talk about them doing what they did (and link to them!) along with further remembering their brand. Smart move.
