Loosing 10kg
5 months ago I set myself 21 goals to accomplish within 5 years. I’m proud to say I’ve completed one already, I’ve lost 10kg!
I’m going to share a few tips on what I think helped me reach my goal:
1) Understand you stomach is like balloon: If you eat a lot every day, your stomach is big so you need a lot of food to fill your self up. If you eat every little for 2 days, your stomach will shrink, which will result in not needing that much food to make yourself full. If you start to notice you are needing more food to fill yourself up, go back to 2 days not eating much.
2) Drink only water (although I do have one coffee every morning!)
3) Drink a bottle of water before you have lunch/dinner
4) Eat smaller portions
5) Cut out as much fried foods as possible
5) Diet: For me, Egg noodles with red pork from street vendors and salads from The Oriental Shop helped a lot!
6) When you treat yourself, which you should do every few days (like a bowl of ice-cream) go for a walk afterwards.
I’ve still got man boobs, so I think I need to hit the gym a few times per week! If only I had more hours in the day!

I had a weight problem a few years ago, well at least I considered I was over weight. I had a real blitz on it and managed to lose the best part of 3 stone in under a year. Cut out all junk food, replace snacks with fruit, only drink water and fresh juice, choose low fat foods, and go to the gym everyday. Worked for me. Though sadly I’ve slipped a bit over the last six months or more.
Ok.. the man boobs was TOO MUCH INFORMATION LOL I agree with your diet.. do same but I also hit the gym a few times a week…. Btw.. do you think people actually use ‘babbelfish’ to translate websites or is it just a useless add on?
Congratulations! Instead of less food, I usually eat more fruits (apples work the best for me) when I am hungry. Also, I try cutting down carbs (rice, breads and potatoes) and instead eat more veggies and chicken.
