Thailand Franchise and Business Opportunities Fair

I decided to check out the Thailand Franchise and Business Opportunities Fair this morning in search of new products I could possibly sell on-line. I was pleasantly surprised with the turnout, both in exhibitors and visitors. The trade show was mostly made up of high street franchise businesses (Family Mart, Noodle stands etc.) along with a lot of food equipment suppliers. There were also a huge number of coffee franchise companies there, many that I have never heard or seen before. It did make me wonder why anyone would consider buying a franchise that wasn’t well known, I thought that’s how the franchise business works?

Anyway, I did see one product that I could possible sell to the UK market, if the shipping costs are viable. I have been invited down to their factory next week so we’ll see how it goes!
